We are all going through a changing global world due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we know this is impacting everyone in our local market/community on some level.
Our focus at M2M One during these times is the health of our Team, our Customers, and our Partners. We have already implemented a no travel policy and have started remote working as part of the social distancing recommendations from the Ministry of Health, and we continue to follow their guidelines as the situation evolves.
We are setup nationwide to support the continuity of business and can support you during these challenging times. We endeavor to minimise any impact to our service levels and response times during this period, and we thank you for your patience in advance if our response times are affected.
We have plenty of SIM card stock on hand and can dispatch them to you from 5 of our nationwide remote offices when you need them. All SIM provisioning is cloud driven and carried out as normal from our remote offices. When you need data plans or have support questions, please email us. M2M One is integrated with Spark and aligned around COVID-19 business continuity. Spark have assured us that they are fully committed to the continuity of network service and support, as well as their plans for COVID-19 when it comes to their people and partners and are following all the Ministry of Health requirements, which M2M One strongly supports.
